Acceptable Use Policy
Effective 30 September 2026
This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to everyone who uses NefinityChat through a Customer's account.
Your business must be lawful
You are solely responsible for holding every licence and approval your business needs, including for any gaming activity, and for complying with the laws of every place where you operate or offer your services. You must not use the Service to offer anything to people where it is prohibited, including to minors.
You must not use the Service to
- break any law or regulation, or help anyone else do so;
- send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, including through Telegram or email;
- defraud, phish, impersonate others, or collect credentials or payment details under false pretences;
- harass, threaten or abuse anyone, or share content that sexually exploits minors, promotes violence or terrorism, or infringes others' rights;
- distribute malware, or files designed to harm devices or data;
- process sensitive personal data (such as health data or government ID numbers) without a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards;
- probe, scan or test the Service's security, bypass limits or access controls, or overload it — unless we agree in writing;
- resell or provide the Service to others as your own product, except where your plan allows it.
Fair use of AI features and channels
Automatic translation, reply suggestions and channel integrations are for real customer conversations. Automated or bulk use that is out of proportion to your plan may be limited.
What we can do
If we reasonably believe this policy is being broken, we may remove content, limit features, or suspend the workspace, and we may report illegal activity to the authorities. Where practical and lawful, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the issue.
