Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free trial

New workspaces get a 7-day free trial. A payment card is needed to start it, but nothing is charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the plan you chose starts and its price is charged automatically on the day the trial ends. Cancel before then (Settings → Billing → Manage payment & invoices) and you pay nothing.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing → Manage payment & invoices. Cancelling stops future renewals; your workspace keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, and is then paused.

Refunds

• Monthly plans: payments are not refundable, including for partly used months.
• Yearly plans: if you cancel within 14 days of the first yearly payment, we refund it in full. After that, yearly payments are not refundable.
• Plan changes: moving to a higher plan is charged pro rata straight away; moving to a lower plan gives a pro-rata credit on your next invoices, not a cash refund.
• Our mistakes: if you were charged twice or charged in error, we refund the extra amount.
• Where the law gives you a right to a refund, that right always applies.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually arrive within 5–10 business days.
