Do I need a developer to install it?

No. Paste one line into your site’s header and the widget appears. Passing player details (VIP level, balance) needs one small call from your backend.

Which languages does translation cover?

Malay, English and Chinese are tuned for gaming terms. Agents can also work in Indonesian, Thai, Vietnamese, Tamil, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, Filipino, Khmer or Burmese, and players can write in almost any language.

What counts as a chat?

A chat is a new conversation a player starts in the month. Replies inside an existing conversation are free and unlimited.

What happens when I reach my monthly limit?

Players already chatting carry on as normal. New conversations pause until the next month starts or you upgrade.

Can I run several brands on one account?

Yes. Each brand gets its own widget, settings and team. Business includes three brands; Enterprise is sized to fit.

Is my players’ data safe?

Each brand’s data is kept apart from every other, accounts are protected with two-step verification and brute-force locking, and everything runs on Cloudflare’s global network.
